Coronado sofa by B&B Italia

Coronado is a sofa with a traditional design, a classic that is the very image of relaxation. Do you prefer it in its most typical lining? It is in leather, while the newer look is fabric. The seat and back cushions are available with buttons. The version without buttons has a particularly useful feature: the cushion lining is removable. When using the sofa, your comfort is guaranteed by the spring system, which is made with strips of special wire inserted in the frame. Two- or three-seat sofas, armchairs with headrest and pouff: they are all made up of elements that can be easily disassembled.

Moon System sofa by B&B Italia

A continuous shape, a blend of aesthetics and ergonomics: Moon System expresses the perfect combination of B&B Italia's tendency towards experimentation and the ongoing research into the complexity of curved geometry of world-famous architect Zaha Hadid. The traditional idea of seating is radically re-examined to create a new, strongly dynamic angular shape: a "single block" sofa that looks like the back, seat and armrests were "carved" out of a single material. With a metallic sheen like an object from outer space, Moon System is at its theatrical best when positioned in the middle of a room. Its flowing curves appear to change from different points of observation. A matching pouf the shape of the indentation on the front of the sofa completes the scene, following and filling in the general design of the piece.

Fat sofa by B&B Italia

In the beginning there was Fat-Fat a multifunctional element that doubled as a table/container, from which first the Fat-Fat coffee tables and then the Fat-Fat bed developed. Now these same round, soft and sinuous shapes are repeated in a seating system which includes different typologies: from the linear sofa to the terminal elements, from the armchair with back in two heights, to the chaise longue and to the new ottomans. “A welcoming, protective island. Pleasant to the touch, solid reassuring, without sharp edges, sensual” is how Patricia Urquiola describes her work, aimed at identifying new perceptions of domestic objects in a language which is intentionally “in contrast with the orthagonal nature of work and the urban network”. Fat designer sofa can be upholstered in fabric or leather and is available in a double-colour version or mixing leather and fabric, where the horizontal and vertical surfaces dialogue with each other through nuances of shade or in stronger contrasts.

With Tufty-Too designer sofa, Patricia Urquiola recalls one of the most successful designs in her collaboration with B&B Italia and adds a new, soft and contemporary appearance to this family of sofas.

Michel sofa by B&B Italia

Solo sofa by B&B Italia

Solo upholstery sofa again interprets the theme of the sofa, beginning with a highly comfortable seat sustained by a die-cast aluminium support. Its size offers an image of lightness, which is enhanced by a continuous seat without cushions. Three sizes are available, along with ottomans that create a chaise longue corner when placed beside the sofa. Also available is a real chaise longue that can stand on its own, or be placed beside an a left or right end unit.

Jean sofa by B&B Italia

The Jean upholstery sofas are the outcome of a project that centred on ergonomics and comfort. These qualities are achieved by a higher seating position with narrower depth, in a compact size (two lengths 225 cm and 160 cm - and one depth of 95 cm) and just the right proportions between armrests, seat cushions and backrest. The frame and feet are available in bright brushed aluminium or painted in four colours: chalk white, deserto, grey acciaio or prugna and offer the option of creating a personalised chromatic scheme, allowing for harmonious or contrasting counterparts with the upholstery. The corresponding armchair is innovative in its own right and not simply a resizing of the sofa elements. The armchair changes shape completely, with a more tilted posture and completely different armrests. Two ottomans complete the series, one can be used as a footrest and the other as a coffee table.

BR02 sofa by Spectrum

Martin Visser designed the upholstery sofa BR 02.7 in the late 1950’s. The sofa has been in production ever since. In 1988, the loose armrest was added. A simple movement converts the sofa into a sofa bed.
The sofa and armrest are available in the fabric of your choice. However, because of the austere shape of the design, the use of an elastic fabric is recommended.

Cover in leather:
When the sofa is covered in leather, the seat and back will both have two seams in the covering.The sofa will loose its austere character when upholstered in leather, as leather doens’t have any elasticity. It will stretch after sitting on the upholstery sofa, and doesn’t come back in its original shape.
The frame is made of matt chrome-plated metal.

Atollo M designer sofa evolves to satisfy new needs. This last version still keeps the formal sobriety and the modularity that are the distinguishing features of this collection, but is modified as far as the materials are concerned. To the differentiated polyurethane, a feather padding is added, to soften the shape and at the same time to make the seat softer and more comfortable. The upholstery in the new Felt Tricot, moderates the classic design and makes this piece informal and unique.
